How do I track my order?Updated 2 months ago

Once your order has been shipped, we will send out a shipping confirmation email to your provided email address. On this, you will have your tracking number and a link to the AusPost website. 

By following the link to the Royal Mail website or DPD website you’ll be able to receive regular updates on the status of your order, including estimated delivery dates and delivery confirmation.

Once the parcel arrives in your country, you can also enter the same tracking number into your local courier/post office tracking system for even more detailed updates.

This way, you’ll always have the most up-to-date information on your delivery.

Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. It can take up to 24 hours for the number to become active in the couriers system. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later.
